Titan Consulting is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. Reporting to our Recruitment Manager, you will promote Titan Consulting and generate relationships.
Joining Titan Consulting as a Technical Recruiter, we are dedicated to laying a solid foundation for you to develop your recruitment skills right from day one. Your career kickoff involves an immersive Recruitment Training program At Titan Consulting, we hold hard work in high regard, and those who consistently rise to the occasion will find a world of opportunities to advance within our dynamic Recruitment organization. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process, identifying and hiring top technical talent to drive our organization's growth and success.
Conduct high volume outreach via phone, text, and email.
Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social networks, professional communities, and referrals.
~ Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and alignment with company culture.

~ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or technical interviewers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

~ Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and other recruiters to expand your talent network.

~ Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately recorded and tracked in Bullhorn.

~ Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and addressing their inquiries.


Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role

We are a fully remote company. No need to commute to the office in a harsh Canadian winter at Titan
