Provide support and act as an escalation point for complicated/tier 3 issues that cannot be resolved by the other network analysts.
On a regular basis, provide historical and current statistics, as well as proactive metrics on the operational effectiveness of the team, along with the health of the network environment and data centre.
Provide design and architectural recommendations as required.
General Project and Advisory Support (Advanced Projects)
Assisting mid-level analysts with duties are required.
