Job Description SmartHands resource deployed to In-Scope client sites per the SoW for onsite hands for installation of Meraki Switches and APC UPSs. Networking Field engineer will arrive onsite at each requested location. Conduct a thorough assessment of the current Switches and Vendor UPSs. Document the existing devices – Vendor Switches and Vendor UPSs. Schedule and communicate the planned Switches and UPS removal window to stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption. Verify that the new Switches and UPSs solution meets all business and technical requirements. Ensure that the new Switches and UPSs are physically ready for installation. Label cables (optional but useful for reinstallation or troubleshooting) "if required by Client". Install the new Switches and UPSs units in the existing rack – Meraki MS130-8 or MS130-8P or MS150-24P-4X or MS150-48LP-4X or APC SMTL750RM2UC. Client will be responsible for configurations and any backups - Client Responsibility. Site Cutover and Validation (Second Site Visit) SmartHands resource deployed to In-Scope client sites per the SoW for onsite hands for troubleshooting and assist and validate user acceptance testing was completely successfully. Networking Field engineer will arrive onsite at each requested location Provide troubleshooting during cutover and assist and validate UAT was completely successfully. Disconnect power cables, network cables, and any other connected peripherals as coordinated by Client. Customer will be responsible for proper power down {Client responsibility}. Physically remove them from the rack or deployment location and move within the Client site location. Dispatch on demand role that whenever services will be required will be informed 24 to 48 hours before.
