# Preparing client proposals, letters of intent, contracts, obtaining needed signatures, and following up with clients
# Actively participating in portfolio development by identifying funding opportunities and developing creative solutions to meet client needs
# Conducting pre-qualification and risk rating assessment activities for existing and potential financing clients
# Contributing to marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, activities, preparing marketing communications, and providing on-site logistical support
