Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive analysis to understand resource allocation and impacts from changes. This will include a categorization of time by role against different types of activitiesEngage with key stakeholders to define objectives and outcomes, facilitating effective communication and alignmentIdentify opportunities for efficiency gains through automation and process enhancementsDevelop forecasts of impacts to work volumes for each of the cybersecurity and IT resiliency projects.Evaluate existing documentation and team responsibilities to inform program planningUtilize data analysis tools to forecast impacts on work volumes across IT teamsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in IT people and capacity planning rolesBachelor's degree with relevant business experience and training.Previous experience conducting information gathering and IT analysis in a public sector and union environment.Proficiency in data analysis and interviewing techniques.Ability to work independently across multiple IT departments and teams.Pay Rate: $80-$90/hourPlease note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
