Second Bind Logistics Coordinator

Second Bind is an environmentally-sustainable company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role provides administrative support to Operations by ensuring the smooth, organized, and timely completion of logistics jobs. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer requests with internal teams and suppliers, as well as providing regular updates to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Routing, planning, and scheduling pickups and junk removal jobs
  2. Coordination with internal and external teams and customers
  3. Customer service and communication
  4. Dispatch and driver monitoring
  5. Monitoring and reporting
Requirements Qualifications:
  • College or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of work experience in logistics coordination
  • Computer proficiency
  • Customer service and phone handling skills
  • Planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Initiative, adaptability, and openness to change
