Job Summary

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, this person supports the People and Culture team in all files that require administrative follow-up, follow-up with employees and the implementation of programs for managers or employees. Among other things, she is involved in daily human resources management tasks and can participate in recruitment, integration, group insurance, training and other matters.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the Talent Acquisition team in their recruitment process, if necessary;
  2. Maintain the information required by the human resources information system;
  3. Act as the point of contact for the payroll department;
  4. Act as the point of contact for employees for all employment confirmation requests or other similar requests;
  5. Update organizational charts for the company;
  6. Ensure complete management of intern files;
  7. Participate in the reception and integration of employees;
  8. Manage administrative HR files including compensation, social benefits, health and safety at work, recognition, and other relevant matters;
  9. Support the People and Culture team in the deployment of various projects;
  10. Participate in the OHS committee;
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources/industrial relations;
  2. 1 to 3 years of business experience in HR functions;
  3. Excellent communication and writing skills, including French and English since PixMob is an international company;
  4. Excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
  5. Have worked on an HRIS;
  6. Excellent work organization;
  7. Rigor and thoroughness;
  8. A very strong sense of initiative;
  9. Use good judgment, tact and discretion to maintain confidentiality;
  10. Very comfortable with computers;
