In this role you will be expected to perform a variety of administrative duties in support of our Central Region Disability teams and business operations.
Coordinate access to various systems and building for Disability staff
Maintain equipment inventory
Maintain vacation calendars for Disability staff
Coordinate employee surveys
Compile data, statistics and other information to support operations teams
Other administrative tasks as needed
Computer and technology knowledge
MS Excel
MS Office
Tableau (nice to have)

Time management
Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
