This role requires an innovative and highly motivated experienced professional to lead the product marketing and digital team within the Marketing function. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Director Marketing, Product plays a crucial role within the Marketing leadership team in leading all aspects of marketing related to the organization's products and services. This role requires demonstrated expertise in financial products, market analysis, and strategic planning, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital and traditional marketing methods, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
Oversee the management and growth of the company's digital presence, including website, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM).
Provide oversight to all campaigns aimed at driving sales and brand awareness through the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
Manage and mentor a team of high-performance individuals across marketing strategy & planning, digital marketing.
Delegate tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring effective communication within the various departments of the marketing team, including creative, brand and insights teams.
Sponsor technology and other projects to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing plans.
Provide support for building and improving best on-site experience through testing and user journey analysis.
Measure and monitor the effectiveness of marketing spend versus results, using data analytics tools to provide timely access to data that supports business decisions.
Ensure adherence to the governance of company’s marketing data in support of the company’s strategies and objectives, ensuring data integrity, availability, and privacy.
10+ years of proven experience with a strong background in digital and integrated marketing strategy and planning.
Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of data management, including data governance and data quality management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking.
