POSITION SUMMARY
This position acts as the first live contact for our French clients through phone, email, online video meetings and other digital contact channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to French- and English-speaking customer inquiries via face-to-face meetings, email, phone calls, and other emerging contact channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ExpensePoint, escalating complex cases to technical teams when necessary.
- Guide customers through ExpensePoint and its features, ensuring they understand how to maximize its benefits.
Deliver a seamless and positive experience, maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify customer pain points and provide actionable feedback to improve the platform and support processes.
- Document and update knowledge base articles in both French and English.
- Assist with onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition through their journey with ExpensePoint.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (required), Spanish an asset.
- 5+ years of customer service experience, ideally in SaaS or a technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (e.G., HubSpot Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with SaaS platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models and subscription-based services.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel skills such as formulas and pivot tables.
- College or University Degree
