~Leading HR Functions:
~ Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
~ Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on supporting manufacturing environments.
Degree in Human Resources.
Working knowledge of health and safety practices in both manufacturing and office environments.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to manage the complexities of HR in a manufacturing setting.
Proficient knowledge using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
Eagerness to learn about the prefabricated/modular industry and to play an active role in the development of the HR department and company as a whole.
Health & Safety certification would be considered an asset.
