About the Role

Hudson HR is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates
    • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
    • Facilitate communication between employees and management to resolve conflicts and issues
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms
    • Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
