Sales Coordinator, Global Hosting (Bilingual)

Job Title: Sales Coordinator, Global Hosting (Bil-lingual)

Date: April 2024

Position Overview:

· Assist the sales manager with market research, leads generation and initial qualification before passing pre-qualified leads to sales managers to close sales for designated territories

· Assist the sales manager with on-board training of new host centres, and coordinate with Marketing team to promote new host centres via email, social media, blogs, etc.

2. Hosting coordination and customer service in appointed territories

· Provide superior customer service to new and current Host Training Centers by providing answers to their questions.

· Communicate with facility owners/operators to ensure our students’ needs are met.

· Proactively communicate with facility owners/operators on an ongoing basis to facilitate current and future training needs.

· Assist with providing support to hosting clients and students through liaison with the Marketing & Communications team, and the programming team

· Issue Hosting agreements, invoices, updating hosting trackers, book exams, updating Education Management Systems (EMS) and booking travels for instructor trainers, etc.

· Process course material packages orders or workshop notes, assignments and other documentations for Host Centres, Prepare IT briefs for Instructor Trainers before course starts

· Collect all post course documents; attendance lists, Instructor Declarations, and ensuring attendees are entered into the database (EMS) to generate completion letters.

· Plan and execute the post-sale details of hosting with securing course dates and Instructor Trainer, Hosting Agreement and invoices, processing payments, posting courses on the website,

Instructor Trainer travel arrangements and Instructor Trainer agreements, providing course documents to Instructor Trainers pre-course, and ordering course materials when needed and ensuring they have been shipped within designated timeline.

· Manage host site status reports to ensure all needs are in place for a successful hosting and learning experience for all students.

· Act as a facility resource for current host site inquiries regarding courses, workshops and Continuing Education programs/events.

· Submit relevant details for the communication and promotion of courses, workshops and Continuing Education requirements.

· Other duties as assigned by supervisor and Department head

Qualification Requirement:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a sales administration or inside sales support role in Canada

- University degree is required

- Bi-lingual, high level business proficiency in English and a required second language is a must

- Advanced user of excel and other Windows office software; Skilled user for customer relationship management software

- Excellent interpersonal skills: can thrive in a team setting but doesn’t mind to take initiative to lead a project

- Superior attention to detail and accuracy

- Must be comfortable with multi-tasking and able to manage your own schedule efficiently to fit into a client facing environment as well as internal stakeholders

- Result-driven, take challenges as learning opportunities with a can-do attitude

- Prior experience with international business and exposure to a multi-cultural work environment is an asset.
