About the Position:Canature WaterGroup™ is growing We are looking for a driven, talented, and personable individual to take on the position of a bi-lingual Regional Sales Representative for Eastern Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate would be based in or around Ottawa, Kingston or Cornwall. This role is for an individual who will represent Canature WaterGroup to our network of wholesale partners and plumbing contractors and is passionate about sales and creating long term relationships while providing customers with exceptional value for their hard-earned dollar. Reporting to the Director of Sales, Eastern Canada, this position will require extensive travel in excess of 50% of the time in order to manage a sales territory in order to grow and acquire new business opportunities as well as maintaining and growing existing customers. This role will also be responsible for leading product training and education to customer base in assigned territory. This position relies on broad experience and judgement to plan and accomplish sales goals as well as a demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals to achieve sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will need to collaborate with various team members in order to deliver on our mission of exceptional customer service. This position requires significant overnight travel within Eastern Ontario, Canada. Some specifics tasks this role is responsible for includes:Build and support relationships with key customers, business partners and industry associations to provide winning value and optimize go-to market strategies and prioritiesResponsible for implementing an effective account management strategy geared towards exceeding growth expectations, improving customer service, and strengthening the brand. Develop new customersFocus sales efforts by calling on current customers throughout the assigned sales areaAbility to travel frequently, greater than 50%Valid Drivers licenseSubmitting sales activity and results reporting via Salesforce in a timely and accurate mannerKeeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as biweekly sales and strategy meetings, monthly sales meetings and annual territory analyses and forecasting.Perform product orientations, training and execute corporate promotions throughout the sales territory.Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuing education Achieve sales targets as established by the organization. Being technically proficient and mechanically inclined. Must be able to assist plumbers and water treatment professionals with technical questions related to applications, equipment installations, etc. About you:Bi-lingual an assetAbility to travel more than 50% of the time within assigned territoryPost-secondary education in business or related field or combination of education and previous professional sales experience will be consideredExperience, knowledge and current relationships in the water treatment wholesale and plumbing industry considered an assetProfessional sales experience Knowledge of CRM Salesforce system an assetValid driver’s licence requiredStrong presentation and public speaking skillsMust be a team player with a positive and professional attitudeSuperior customer service skills.Tech savvy with proficiency in the use of Microsoft office products, and Google sheets.Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communications skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationsSuperior ability to build and grow business relationshipsSelf motivated with excellent time management skills A quick learner who adapts well to changeAble to work independently, make solid decisions and work as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple accounts.Ability to maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuing educationMechanically inclined, able to work with plumbing and water treatment professionals in the field and on job sites.A willingness to learn water treatment theory, processes, and applications.
