You will help in co-ordinating and controlling the receipt, routing, tracking and monitoring of correspondence to the Speaker and the Clerk. You will also compile publications of the House, manage the schedule, setting priorities, scheduling appointments, planning and coordinating meetings, appointments and conference preparations for the Clerk.
