By joining our team as a Inside Sales Representative, you will become part of an organization that is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and will support you to be your best. This is an entrepreneurial sales person’s dream job; an opportunity to earn a great income selling home comfort products by appointment within the residential market segment.
Manage incoming calls and assist our customers with their requests, providing the right solution for the customer to drive sales
* Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the commercial value proposition, including products and services offered and the value they create
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and sales performance KPI’s
* Resolve customer disputes and complaints within company guidelines, emphasizing on providing outstanding customer service

*2+ years of inside or B2B sales experience
* Knowledge of HVAC and service protection plans is a strong asset
* Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
* Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems
* Familiar with MS Office and CRM
* The tools you need to succeed – including the tools for the job as well as training and development programs
