We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven freelancer Sales Representative to join our team. If you are a highly motivated individual with experience in SAAS sales we want to hear from you
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by effectively handling leads and closing deals through phone, chat, and email. Your primary focus will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). If you have a background in website builders and a strong understanding of SAAS products, this could be the ideal role for you.
Experience and understanding of the website building field.
✅ Proven experience in customer service/sales.
✅ Exceptional customer service skills with a strong commitment to helping customers.
✅ Competency in web browser environments.
✅ Creative thinker, independent worker, and problem solver.
✅ Prior sales experience is a must.
✅ Native or fluent speaker in one of the following languages: ENGLISH, FRENCH, SPANISH, ITALIAN, GERMAN
Proficiency in additional languages.
➕Experience with other website builder platforms.
Handle leads and close deals through phone, chat, and email.
#Ensure a positive and personalized experience throughout the sales process.
#Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs related to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
