- Offering valuable support and information to existing customers
- Providing an incredible customer experience
- Providing professional & personalized communication to all customers
- Attend ongoing training to improve your skills & abilities
- What We're Looking For:_
- Exceptional people skills
- Fluent in English & SPANISH
- Working Hours Midday to Midnight. Monday to Friday - 1 WEEKEND SHIFT MANDATORY
- Prior customer service/sales experience
- Typing speed of 40+WPM
- Able to multitask and respond to several customer inquiries at the same time via web chat
- Able to work well under pressure
- Team oriented & driven
- Willing to go above & beyond
- Technologically savvy
- Able to work full-time flexible hours on weekdays & weekends

**Job Types**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
