Description
Le conseiller gestion réseau est chargé de gérer les opérations de plusieurs ateliers au sein d’un territoire désigné. Le rôle nécessite de s’assurer que tous les sites répondent et dépassent les attentes en matière de service client, objectifs opérationnels et revenus.
Principales responsabilité:
- Gère et supervise plusieurs ateliers du territoire désigné
- Veille à ce que tous les sites soient dotés d’employés compétents et bien formés qui offrent un service exceptionnel.
- Met en œuvre et applique les procédures opérationnelles standard pour maintenir la cohérence de la qualité du service et de l’efficacité opérationnelle
- Effectue des audits opérationnels réguliers de chaque location pour garantir la conformité aux normes, politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.
- Démontre du leadership et offre du mentorat aux propriétaires et gérants de chaque atelier pour promouvoir un environnement de travail positif et favoriser le développement des employés.
- Surveille et analyse les mesures de performance financière pour identifier les domaines à améliorer et élaborer des plans pour augmenter la rentabilité.
- Veille à ce que tous les sites respectent les règlementations locales, étatiques et fédérales régissant l’industrie.
- Implémente les nouveaux programmes développés par la bannière dans les ateliers.
Qualifications:
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en gestion ou dans n domaine connexe.
- Ou minimum de 5 and d’expérience dans un rôle de gestion de district ou de gestion multi-unités dans l’industrie automobile
- Solides compétences en leadership, en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Expérience avérée dans l’atteinte des objectifs de revenus et des objectifs opérationnels
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
- Capacité à analyser des données financières et à élaborer des plans d’action pour l’améliorer les performances
- Volonté de voyager à l’intérieur de la région désignée et occasionnellement à l’extérieur du district selon les besoins.
