Business Development Manager-Medical

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Mississauga . As a Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing profitability within an assigned territory. Using a consultative sales approach, you will maintain regular face-to-face and/or phone interactions to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved. Job Type/Shift: Full-time

New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities in sectors such as chemical manufacturing, chemical distribution, oil and gas, general manufacturing, and agricultural chemicals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a business development strategy aimed at increasing market share, achieving sales targets, and maximizing revenue growth.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends, business opportunities, and emerging markets for products and services.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling , and attending industry events.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management , preferably in regulatory compliance, packaging, or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to hazardous materials, packaging, and workplace safety.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
