A Day in the Life of Our New Paid Ads Strategist…

This role, reporting to the Managing Director, is a pivotal piece in the Boho Beautiful team to develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns for the various product offerings. The ideal candidate is an expert at developing and managing complex campaigns across multiple channels, with a particular focus on paid social and a sharp eye for creative and engaging advertising that balances to our audience.

We’re searching for a skilled individual who can understand a brand’s intention and convey it through ads across an ever-growing collection of digital platforms and diverse audience groups to grow our reach.

We are looking for a quick-learning, ambitious digital marketing enthusiast with cross-channel expertise, the Paid Media Strategist will work closely with our graphic designer, social media manager, and Managing Director to deliver high-quality, high-performing campaigns to support business goals and drive significant growth based on business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be a pro at digital advertising – social in particular. This person will love to tinker and refine based on performance of campaigns to maximize profitability. You enjoy sharing and using cutting-edge tools and analytics to further your knowledge and ability to think creatively to help drive results**.**

Objectives & Responsibilities of This Role
  • Develop & Execute Paid Media Strategies. You’ll be responsible for leveraging historical and competitor research to develop, launch, and improve campaign-level strategies and tactics across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms with a focus on ROI.
  • Configure & Manage Ad Campaigns. This will include:
    • Pixel implementation
    • Product feed and catalog setup
    • Campaign setup and activation
    • Ad implementations
    • Targeting
    • Bid strategy
    • Budgeting
    • Split testing
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance. Always be monitoring
    • Monitor paid media performance and leverage analysis to identify opportunities but also report this information across departments to aid in:
      • Ongoing optimizations
      • New campaign ideas
      • Design, content, copy, and call-to-action opportunities
      • Channel expansion opportunities
  • Grow the Business. As an KEY member of our fun-loving and growing team, we want you to:

    • Provide mentorship and work collaboratively with your team members and all departments as the company grows.
Skills & Qualifications
  • You have 3+ years of direct experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
    • You can demonstrate execution, management, and optimization of many types of advertising
    • You feel comfortable working the following platforms:
    • Facebook Business Manager
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • Google Ads
    • Google Analytics
    • Excel/Google Sheets
  • You see all the details And know how to take big-picture goals and funnel them into each platform with tactical implementation. You are always looking for successes and potential opportunities in your data-sets
  • You’re a problem-solver. And don’t shy-away from solving technical issues relating to social advertising campaigns, you’re ready to jumps in and solves issues before they arise.
  • You have a positive attitude And are ready to buckle up and tackle what comes as we collaborate as a team.
  • Experience with Project Management Software (like Notion) is a plus

And to sweeten it even further, this part-time role is remote in nature. You can work from anywhere in the world . We only require that your working hours overlap with your direct manager’s for at least a few hours per day.
