Manage sales activity for assigned territories/accounts.
Territory could be the EMEA region exclusively, but it could also be a mix of accounts in EMEA and the Americas regions (it will be decided based on the profile and good match with the candidate chosen).


~ Assume ownership and lead the Business Development activity for AP&C on a global scale (with support of Technical Sales Counterparts)


~ Manage strategic collaborations with customers (Co-development, co-marketing,…)

~ Strong collaboration and alignment with Technical Sales counterparts in the EMEA and Americas regions.

~ Builds and maintains strong relationships at all levels of the customer organization at both the management and technical level.


~ Delivers AP&C’s capabilities and culture to customers and partners at meetings, conferences, workshops, trade shows and customer sites.

~ Strong collaboration cross-functionally with the Colibrium Additve Commercial team.

~ Responsible for sales pipeline management, sales forecasts and lead generation.

~ Responsible for account plans/strategy

~ Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute strategy.

~ is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.


Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
Minium of 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development.


Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken in order to interact with colleagues and clients.
Strong capacity to influence and conduct commercial negotiations.
International travel is required, at least 30% (EMEA and Americas regions)
We are open to review candidates based remotely (EMEA, USA, Canada), and also based locally in Montreal.
