Position Title: People Excellence Partner - Bilingual, Canada

General Medicines(diabetes, cardiovascular, arthritis, transplant, and thyroid cancer); Specialty Care(rare diseases, rare blood disorders, oncology, immunology, multiple sclerosis); Vaccines(manufactures, formulates, fills, inspects and/or packages vaccines and biologics, protecting against 20 infectious diseases including pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus and influenza); and Consumer Healthcare(pain care, allergy, digestive health, personal care).
Independently guide & coach employees and managers through core P&C processes, such as year-end performance. assessments/compensation planning, talent cycle, talent acquisition practices & employee relations matters including investigations &/or performance management.

Actively partner with People Business Partners to develop plans for implementation and communication of key P&C processes including compensation, talent management, performance management, leadership development and workforce planning.

Serve as a client resource for Workday transactions, notifications, and approvals.

Operate in an agile environment to support people-related projects that support the business of North America.

Working knowledge of Human Resources policies & procedures and the Canadian legal environment, and operational pull through of People & Culture initiatives.

Strong verbal & written communication & presentation skills in both French and English.

Data & analytical capabilities.
