Lead and manage a large-scale healthcare clinic construction project from planning to delivery.
Oversee scope, execution, timelines, and budgets for multiple sub-projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless communication across teams.
Identify risks, create contingency plans, and resolve technical and business challenges.
7–10 years of senior-level project management experience.
~ Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
~ Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
~ PMP certification and familiarity with Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
Experience in healthcare administration or clinic construction projects.
Understanding of physical and virtual healthcare delivery models.
Budget management experience for large-scale projects.
