Educational Customer Experience Manager

Are you an educator with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance teaching and learning? At Pink Cat Studio, we are looking for an Educational Customer Experience Manager to help us drive innovation and support our users effectively. This role is perfect for educators looking to extend their impact beyond the classroom by integrating technology with education and providing high-level support to our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Educational Support: Address and resolve customer service requests and support issues with a high level of professionalism and educational insight.
- Product Advocacy: Train and guide educators in effectively integrating our products into their teaching practices, ensuring they maximize the benefits for students.
- Community Engagement: Actively communicate with our educational community across digital platforms, creating and nurturing strong relationships.
- Feedback Coordination: Gather and interpret educational feedback to inform product development, aligning with the needs of educators and enhancing user satisfaction.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content for social media and other communication channels that resonates with educational professionals, promoting engagement and brand loyalty.
About You
- Educational Background: Minimum of three years of experience as an elementary school teacher or speech therapist, with a deep understanding of educational needs and challenges.
- Customer Support Skills: Experienced in handling customer inquiries and support issues, with the ability to translate technical information into educator-friendly language.
- Digital Fluency: Strong command of social media management and digital communication tools, tailored for educational content.
- Communication Expertise: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at providing support and conveying complex ideas in a simple, relatable manner.
- Proactive and Independent: Capable of working effectively in a remote environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and community building.
