As an Assistant Manager, Growth (Sales & Customer Success), you will be a trusted business partner driving our growth. Reporting to the CBO, we will look to you to drive sales and own the customer acquisition and retention process. As a trusted expert, you will confidently reach customers through a sales process. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing a sales strategy leading to sales enablement
Onboarding new customers
This is an opportunity to expand a budding image editing services company and make it a trusted partner whose mission is to help brands, studios and photographers as the one-stop shop for all their professional image editing needs.
This role will offer unprecedented growth opportunities for an individual looking to broaden and deepen their skill sets. You will play a large part in developing and executing on strategy touching direct sales and customer success.
This is a perfect role for someone who is a "Swiss Army Knife" with regard to growing and scaling companies. To succeed in this role, you must blend strong strategy and sales skills with the ability to roll your sleeves up and do the zero-to-one work. This role is not a good fit if you want to manage people, focus on strategy, and not spend a lot of time talking to customers. Rather
Skills and Experience We're Looking For:
Experience of 2-3 years in a sales role and prior experience working with studios, photographers or production houses is a plus.
Proven success in obtaining and managing enterprise-level relationships, including tailored sales and customer success strategies
Success in selling new products and services to existing clients
Experience managing procurement-driven sales cycles and RFP bids
Experience developing multi-year and volume-based pricing strategies
College degree and expertise in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced-level skills in spoken and written English
