HR Manager Business Partner
This individual’s primary responsibility will be to foster positive employee relations by ensuring consistent and fair application of company policies and practices. Recruitment
Training and Development
Employee payroll reconciliation.
Providing guidance regarding the interpretation and application of company policies to management and employees.
Excellent listening, communication, oral presentation, and writing skills.
~ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
~5+ years professional Human Resources generalist experience, preferably in a production environment with an emphasis on employee relations.
~ Thorough knowledge of employment law and the principles and practices of effective Human Resources management.
