Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Human Resources will work with leaders and their teams directly to define and implement people strategies that are aligned with business plans. The Senior Manager will lead a team and will be accountable to develop and implement leading practice across the organization related to all aspects of Human Resources policy and practice, such as:

  1. Performance development and succession planning
  2. Leadership development
  3. Acquiring and on-boarding top talent
  4. Total rewards
  5. Colleague engagement
Responsibilities:

What you will do:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the organization
  • Develop a team of well-rounded HR Professionals, providing regular coaching and guidance
  • Support the delivery and deployment of HR and cross-functional programs and processes by fostering and maintaining strong internal relationships
  • Align HR strategic objectives with the business strategies to add value to the organization
  • Collaborate with the recruitment function in developing proactive strategies to attract key talent
  • Work with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Culture COE to deliver inclusive people programs
  • Provide change management support to ensure colleague readiness and engagement
  • Act as a coach and confidante to leaders around people and organizational issues
Requirements:

What you will need:

  • Post-secondary education in business, HR, or related discipline
  • CHRL designation or equivalent progressive HR experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading and coaching a team
  • Comfort presenting complex business issues to leaders and executives
  • Detail oriented, collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Proven influencing, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service
  • Models company values and Culture principles
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, requiring little direction
