Notre client est un important joueur dans le domaine du lithium. Nouvellement arrivée à Montréal, l’entreprise a créé un nouveau poste de partenaire d’affaires pour se joindre à leur équipe de 20 personnes.

En tant que Partenaire d'Affaires en Ressources humaines, vous serez un acteur clé au sein de l’entreprise apportant un soutien stratégique et opérationnel aux gestionnaires et aux employés. Vous agirez en tant que point de contact principal pour les unités d’affaires attitrées, en fournissant des conseils et un soutien pratique sur tous les aspects de la gestion des ressources humaines. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour garantir une gestion efficace des ressources humaines et promouvoir un environnement de travail positif et conforme aux meilleures pratiques et législations en vigueur.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Agir comme point de contact pour les gestionnaires et les employés au sein des unités d’affaires attitrées, en fournissant des conseils et un soutien sur toutes les questions RH.
  • Offrir du coaching et un soutien pratique sur l’ensemble des composantes de la gestion des ressources humaines, en tenant compte des meilleures pratiques, des tendances et de la législation.
  • Conseiller, coacher et former les gestionnaires sur la gestion de la performance, en favorisant l’exercice d’un leadership mobilisant.
  • Accompagner les gestionnaires pour qu’ils s’approprient pleinement les différentes dimensions de leur rôle et agissent en cohérence avec les facteurs de succès en leadership.
  • Anticiper les enjeux et proposer une approche favorisant l’adhésion aux changements.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires-recruteurs pour assurer la dotation du personnel au sein des unités d’affaires desservies.
  • Collaborer à l’identification et au développement des talents et de la relève, la planification de la main-d’œuvre, et la création d’équipes hautement performantes et engagées.
  • Gérer les dossiers disciplinaires et les plaintes, conseiller et coacher les gestionnaires, assurer la réalisation des enquêtes et rédiger les mesures disciplinaires.
  • Veiller à l’interprétation, à l’application et au respect des règles et politiques de l’entreprise.
  • Créer et animer des ateliers de formation et des sessions d’information destinées aux gestionnaires et/ou aux employés.
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des programmes et processus en ressources humaines.
  • Réaliser diverses analyses salariales et soumettre des recommandations en veillant au respect de l’équité interne.
  • Offrir un soutien de premier plan dans la livraison de projets en développement organisationnel.
  • Maintenir une connaissance approfondie et à jour des exigences légales et des réglementations gouvernementales en matière d'établissement de rapports concernant les fonctions des ressources humaines.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration, à la mise à jour et à la communication de politiques légales multi provinciales en matière de ressources humaines.
  • Recommander de nouvelles approches, politiques et procédures pour améliorer en permanence l'efficacité du service et des services fournis.
  • Fournir un soutien en matière de recrutement, y compris la rédaction des offres d’emploi, les entrevues des candidats, la sélection, l'embauche, l’orientation des nouveaux employés, ainsi que la gestion des mises à pied et des entretiens de départ.
  • Enquêter sur les accidents et préparer des rapports pour les agences gouvernementales, y compris la CNESST/WSIB, et pour la compagnie d'assurance.

Exigences requises :

  • Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou toute autre formation jugée équivalente.
  • Minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience à titre de généraliste en ressources humaines.
  • Membre de l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (un atout).
  • Solides compétences dans toutes les sphères de la gestion des ressources humaines.
  • Expertise reconnue en relations du travail et bon sens des affaires.
  • Capacité d’agir à titre d’agent de changement et d’établir des relations de confiance auprès des parties prenantes.
  • Forte capacité d’adaptation et tolérance à l’ambiguïté.
  • Capacité à faire preuve d’agilité et de jugement.
  • Autonome, organisé, responsable et dynamique.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Expérience avec les logiciels de SIRH.
  • Forte compétence en communication anglais et français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et capacité d’influence.
