Our ideal candidate has the experience, skills and motivation to play in the team as Senior Product Manager. What does this title mean? Concretely, your core responsibilities will be orchestrating the development of our platform as we enter a scaling phase. You will interact with all stakeholders, own the tech roadmap and backlog, work closely with the development team, and ensure that we deliver a high-quality product that solves real problems.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, driving the product strategy and vision, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Among the core responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Flexter's product roadmap;
  • Put in place and maintain our product development practices;
  • Own and maintain the backlog, lead sprint plannings and reviews;
  • Help onboard fleet partners on the Flexter platform;
  • Interact with all key stakeholders (partners, customers, management, devs, ...);
  • Collect feedback from users and partners for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • 2+ years experience in product management;
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver results;
  • Experience in agile methodologies and project management;
  • Experience in a B2C technology startup is a plus;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Knowledge of user research methodologies and ability to apply findings to product development;
  • Knowledge and interest in mobility tech and platforms;
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
