About the Role:
As a product-driven company, they are looking for an experienced product builder to help create solutions that will help their customers navigate uncertainty in the supply chain.

They have built the first event-based inventory management system, and leverage AI and ML to build applications on top of this platform that solve discrete problems across the supply chain.

The products revolve around data and complex processes, are deeply technical, but require simplicity - and they are building out a product team to develop and execute against our vision, and to create the muscle across the company to grow, develop and innovate as a true product-company.

You will:
•Become a domain expert and identify the key problems that need to be solved
•Partner with Leadership, Data Science, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to build the roadmap for our platform and applications
•Prioritize what needs to be solved based on strategic priorities, business and customer impact while working closely with Engineering to develop the right building blocks
•Discover, analyze and validate solutions, and work closely with users to gather feedback
•Partner closely with Data Science, Design and Engineering to design, develop, test and ship new features, and put in place metrics to measure impact
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience, to launch new products and features, tell the story behind our products, and help current and future customers successful use our products
•Measure impact, and collect constant feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
•Build out the product management capabilities, and lay the foundation for the Product team

Must Have Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
•8+ years experience as a product manager, with Enterprise SaaS experience
•Prior experience building data-driven products that customers love and can scale; experience with SQL, Python or any other data frameworks a plus
•In-depth understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (design, development, and deployment)
•Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working cross-functionally to deliver strong results
