And looking for a passionate, driven and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of Senior Leasing Manager for our Retail REIT located in Guelph ON.
As a Senior Leasing Manager for Skyline you’ll be responsible for professionally managing and overseeing the leasing function for all assigned properties in the retail portfolio in order to maximize overall occupancy and revenue in alignment with annual budgets while supporting our shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.
Minimum five years’ experience with all aspects of retail leasing, including established knowledge of key contacts within prominent national retailer organizations and a sense of humour.
Ability to negotiate, develop and prepare retail tenancy offers to lease.
Ability to handle changing priorities and projects in a fast paced environment.
Able to work a flexible schedule and travel frequently.
French speaking is considered an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and French would be an asset).Le français est soit votre première langue, soit votre deuxième langue
You love handling multiple challenges and developing opportunities(or extensive knowledge of retail leasing).
