Relevant de la directrice financière, dans un environnement multi-compagnies, tu auras pour responsabilité l’exactitude des données comptables jusqu’à la BV.
Tâches:
Produire la paie hebdomadaire et faire les remises bi-mensuelles;
Déclaration des taxes (TPS/TVQ, IFTA, Carbone)
Inscrire et suivre les opérations bancaires;
Comptabilisation des acquisitions-dispositions des immobilisations;
Inscription et suivis des intercos;
Produire les tâches de fins de périodes mensuelles afin de préparer les états financiers selon les délais établis;
Analyse préliminaire de la BV;
Préparer le dossier de fin d’année des salaire;
Préparer le dossier de fin d'année financière;
Participer à la production de la documentation relié à la gestion des ressources humaines;
Respecter les politiques, les procédures et les règles de contrôle interne en matière de comptabilité déjà en place et suggérer des améliorations, si nécessaire.
