Job Title: Accounts Receivable Technician

CB Canada is looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Technician to enhance our finance team. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in financial management and client relations, ideally with at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable. Familiarity with the construction sector and expertise in credit evaluation will be advantageous. Your role will involve managing customer accounts, meticulously documenting and monitoring receivables, generating invoices, conducting credit assessments, and engaging with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process customer accounts efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of receivables
  • Generate and dispatch invoices to clients
  • Provide regular account statements to customers
  • Conduct preliminary credit assessments
  • Collaborate with project managers on specific financial reports
Job Requirements:
  • Completion of DEP, AEC, or DEC in Accounting
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
  • Experience in credit evaluation is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to various tasks
