**Job Summary**
The Accounting Technician will support the financial operations of the organization by performing various accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

**Duties**:

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Utilize accounting software to process transactions and generate reports
- Provide assistance in financial services tasks as needed
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Bank reconciliation function
- GL analysis at each end of month for expenses, variance analysis
- Month end journal entries
- Assistance in preparation of certain year end schedules

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail
- Experience or knowledge in budgeting processes
- experience with account reconciliation procedures
- Ability to work with accounting software efficiently
- Understanding of financial services principles
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to perform account analysis effectively

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Accounting software: 1 year (required)
- Account reconciliation: 1 year (required)
- Data entry: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
