I am currently recruiting an Electrotechnician for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the agri-food sector located in Montreal.
Permanent position 40h/week - day shift
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities include :
- Intervene to restart a problem line following a disturbance, breakdown, malfunction or unplanned shutdown;
- Performs planned engineering or continuous improvement work on various production equipment to improve line efficiency and performance;
- Checks and inspects electrical equipment to prevent defects and meet quality standards;
- Communicates any modifications made or complications encountered to the teams responsible for the departments affected;

- Diploma of Collegial Studies D.E.C. in Electrical Engineering Technology: automation and control
- Licence C (Carte de compétence d'électricien hors construction) or accumulated hours (min 2500h), an asset
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers
- Knowledge of production systems in a manufacturing environment
Your professional skills :
-Knowledge of SAP maintenance management software
- Knowledge of Siemens PLCs
- Knowledge of food industry equipment
- Bilingualism (French, English)
