The Region Sales Manager will lead efforts to grow sales and profitability in the assigned region, while providing consistent product, program and marketing execution and support in the field. This teammate will also be responsible for reviewing key performance metrics, identifying industry trends and capitalizing on opportunities for growth both with our current customer base, and new customers.
Proactively identifying, qualifying, closing and growing new accounts.
Acting as a key point of contact for strategic retailers, while providing leadership direction for our Area Sales Managers to execute sales driving programs effectively and efficiently in market.
Focused leadership on driving market share growth in premium categories.
Developing and delivering product demonstrations, marketing opportunities & program support.
Developing and supporting a high-potential sales team of 2 to 4 individuals: recognizing training opportunities, identifying strategic opportunities and supporting tactical execution, and supporting "Core" Bridgestone sales strategies and programs.
Forecasting product needs and sharing market trends.
Exercising strong enterprise decision making, finding creative ways to support the customer while increasing profitability for Bridgestone.
Bachelor’s degree.
~ Legal ability to travel within the territory and to the US for meetings (approx. 5+ years of sales experience. Experience in the retail tire business, customer facing preferred.
French language skills an asset.
