We are presently looking for a Senior computer technician
Personal car (Montreal & suburbs)
The Senior technician visits customers daily, to answer service calls. He must have troubleshooting skills and good general knowledge in computer science, since he will have to face different situations every day. He will be responsible of installing computer systems for new costumers. He will also have to perform regular maintenance on computer systems and networks, for our customers who have annual contracts. Consequently, we are seeking a candidate with experience on the road, who has good communication skills, so he can deliver with confidence, high-quality technical support to our customers.
Efficiently troubleshoot any issues related to hardware or software problems.
Act as a counsellor for our customers, by developing and implementing hardware and software solutions to answer their needs, either for maintenance, new installations, or problem resolution.
Install computer tools (hardware and software)
Provide analysis and recommendations following a visit to a customer.
Thechnical support and regular maintenance (10%)
New installations (20%)
