Le représentant commercial des services CVC est essentiel à la croissance et à la rentabilité globales de l’activité des services CVC Le candidat choisi sera chargé d'initier, d'établir et de construire des relations de service rentables entre les nouveaux clients et JCI. Concentrez-vous sur la vente d’accords de maintenance renouvelable comme élément clé pour l’établissement de ces relations. Le vendeur travaillera sur un territoire géographique assigné, travaillant au sein d'une succursale locale et faisant équipe avec des professionnels des ventes et des opérations au sein de la succursale. Utilise des outils de vente pour planifier et documenter la progression des ventes ainsi que pour augmenter les opportunités commerciales dans les comptes courants. profite efficacement des conditions du marché et des réseaux pour découvrir de nouveaux prospects et contacts.
Effectuer des appels de vente conçus pour identifier les principales sources de problèmes et/ou d'insatisfaction auxquels sont confrontés les directeurs d'installations dans l'exploitation et l'entretien des équipements des systèmes de chauffage/refroidissement, de ventilation et de contrôle.
Propose des solutions aux besoins des clients potentiels grâce à une application créative et innovante des capacités de service des succursales locales en mettant l'accent sur la vente d'accords de maintenance renouvelables en mettant l'accent sur les offres de services numériques, la durabilité et la décarbonisation. Organise des réunions de lancement avec les clients, résout les problèmes des clients, crée des opportunités de réussite, maintient les accords de service, prolonge les accords de service et prend en charge le processus de recouvrement.
Tient la direction informée des progrès et de l'état du compte à l'aide de l'outil Johnson Controls Salesforce.Sait quand demander l’aide de la direction pour maintenir le processus de vente en mouvement.
Élabore et met en œuvre des plans de marketing territorial conformes à la stratégie commerciale de Johnson Controls Building Solutions. Participe aux organisations professionnelles du marché.
Représente Johnson Controls de manière experte en menant ses activités selon les normes les plus élevées de qualité, de fierté, d'intégrité et de performance.
