Novarc Technologies is seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Supervisor for a two-month contract. This role will support the production of our cobots as part of our expanding team. Duties and Responsibilities: Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time; Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee and vendor records; Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial information to management and government agencies; Setting and facilitating the achievement of department goals and objectives; Developing, implementing, improving and enforcing budgets, policies and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency; Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, vendors and lenders; Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Post-secondary education in accounting. 2+ years of experience with NetSuite. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment with strict deadlines. Proficiency in Google Suite products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong planning and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to analyze information and processes. Motivation to build and maintain internal and external relationships. Commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to company policies and current financial legislation. Experience with Tipalti is considered an asset.
