About the Role:The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and implementing Salesforce solutions to optimize our operations. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business efficiency, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our success.Responsibilities:Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems.Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Customize Salesforce features, including workflows, validation rules, and process builder.Ensure data integrity within Salesforce by implementing best practices for data quality and governance.Perform data migration and integration tasks as needed.Create detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and data models.Provide comprehensive user training materials and conduct training sessions.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business users, to ensure seamless Salesforce integration.Foster strong communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.Monthly requirement to be physically present in Toronto OfficeQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Consultant Salesforce Admin certification is required Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Competitive Salary + Bonus StructureHybrid Work environmentHealth BenefitsPaid VacationSalesforce Certification AllowanceCompany Description:SkyVenn is a Platinum Salesforce consulting partner based out of Toronto.
