Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SUMMER OPENING
Position Overview: Begin your professional path as a Customer Service Representative with one of Canada's leading retail brands. Engage with customers, create memorable experiences, and contribute to surpassing service goals. This role offers immediate challenges and lays the groundwork for advancement into leadership positions.
Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Foster a welcoming atmosphere through personalized interactions with customers. Product Knowledge: Offer detailed information about products and assist customers in making informed decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with retail associates to effectively showcase and promote products.
Service Excellence: Utilize superior service skills to meet objectives while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly with face-to-face interactions. Store Presentation: Maintain an organized and appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
Experience: Passion for customer service and sales in a retail setting. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment. Strong dedication to excellence and teamwork. Canadian driver's license and/or access to transportation is advantageous. Legally eligible to work in Canada. Additionally, the successful candidate must be committed to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance our customer service initiatives.
