Our client, a leader in the packaging industry, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse base of existing customers, as well as identifying and securing new business development opportunities. This is a remote role with travel required to various client sites within the GTA as well as to collaborate with the Sales Team at the head office. 
Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Service team to ensure healthy customer fill rates and manage any supply and service challenges
Build accurate forecasts for long term planning purposes
Provide monthly sales reports outlining key activities and action plans
Utilize new and existing sales tools (i.e. CRM) to track and win new opportunities
Post-Secondary Education in Business, Sales or Marketing; coupled with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience selling into high-volume accounts
Proven experience fostering customer relationships and securing new business opportunities
Exceptional time management and organizational skills are essential for success in this position
Experience coordinating projects, developing project plans, and completing projects on time and on budget
