Position Title: IT Technician

Location: Calgary and Surrounding Areas

Type: Ad-Hoc Part-Time Engagements.

All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

We are seeking a roster of qualified IT Support professionals to provide our clients with Ad-Hoc technical support on an ongoing contract basis.

In this role, you would be the face of our team on-site and would be responsible for providing high quality customer service with a keen eye for detail and a focus on creating an exceptional client experience.

The Responsibilities Of Each Engagement Will Include

  • Coordination of needs with our Service Delivery Manager
  • Backing up network devices and configurations
  • Changing static IP addresses in routers/firewalls
  • Rebooting network switches and APs
  • Troubleshooting connectivity issues for all end-user devices
  • Documenting network changes and all services provided during the engagement

These engagements will be scheduled on an as-needed basis, with approximately 10 days of lead-up time. To be successfully placed on the roster, you must have a flexible schedule and a the ability to take on an additional 1-4 client engagements per month of approximately 4 hours in length. While most of the support will be required during business hours, there is the potential for occasional support requirements outisde of typical business hours.
