Dealer Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a driven and self-reliant individual to join BRP’s North America Dealer Marketing Team as Dealer Marketing Lead. In this role, you will report to the North America Dealer Marketing Director, and act as a central figure collaborating with the Brand, Dealer Marketing/COOP and Retail Ops teams to deliver the right marketing assets and tools to dealers.
As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to elevate our game in the way we support our dealers and are easy to do business with. You’ll be at the forefront of planning and executing the Annual Brand Plan (dealer media campaigns) per brand (Can-Am Off-Road, ATV and SSV), Can-Am On-Road (2WV, 3WV), Sea-Doo (PWC and PON) and Ski-Doo and Lynx, and making sure assets are available to dealers to fuel their marketing initiatives.
Play a key role in executing marketing and media placement initiatives that aim to elevate BRP’s dealer network and generate sales.
~Gain a strong understanding of Tier 3 marketing by working with highly skilled corporate marketing and retail ops teams.
~Work closely with our media placement agency, internal marketing teams (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am Off-Road and Can-Am On-Road) and Retail Operations teams to:
~Collaborate closely with the internal marketing coordinators to brief our creative agency on assets required for various regional dealer campaigns or turnkey plans.
~Conduct monthly meetings with key stakeholders of the Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Can-Am Off-Road and Can-Am On-Road Tier 1 marketing teams to ensure alignment between Tier 1 and Tier 3 marketing initiatives.
~Provide monthly updates on dealer campaign performance to our internal stakeholders.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
~A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or communications.
~At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing or go-to-market role (sales programs, marketing campaigns, strategy and analytics) and a strong interest in retail tactics.
~Strong project and budget management skills with the ability to prioritize between multiple projects, track individual projects and deliver on commitments.
~The candidate MUST be very proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
~The ability to speak and write in English to understand the needs of dealers outside Quebec and create marketing content for an English-speaking audience.
~The candidate is required to work onsite in the Sherbrooke office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.
ASSETS:
~Work experience within a media agency or dealership in the powersports or automotive industry.
~Must be comfortable working in dynamic, evolving and agile environments.
~The ability to speak and write in French.
Relocation support is not provided for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate at their own expense.
