Marketing/Product Management Specialist

As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of B2B SaaS Workforce Travel Management company's products and services. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Product Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies. This hybrid role will have you working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, growth, marketing, and engineering. You will gather and analyze market intelligence, assess competitor products, and provide valuable feedback to guide product development. Additionally, you will act as a product advocate both internally and externally, helping to cultivate a product-led tech culture.
Develop and implement product marketing strategies aligned with SaaS/tech industry best practices.
~ Gather competitive and market intelligence to identify market gaps and opportunities.
~ Translate technical features into core messages and sales tactics for internal and external stakeholders.
~ Develop sales materials and resources for different stages of the customer journey.
~ Engage in community outreach, including customer outreach, influencer partnerships, and public relations.
~ Administer user testing groups, beta test programs, and persona-based marketing initiatives.
~ Define metrics, track and report on results, and use data to inform product marketing strategies and budgets.
2+ years of experience in product marketing (SaaS technology environment strongly preferred).
~5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or communications or related functions.
~ Understanding of iterative product development, the agile product development lifecycle and related product marketing strategies.
~ Proven experience in successful market intelligence analysis including gathering and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights.
~ Excellent communicator and collaborator, with proven ability to lead projects from conception to implementation, and evaluation
~ Strong project management skills and attention to detail
