Negotiate and approve contracts and monitor their execution with all stakeholders;
Manage contract files, and use them as reference for the future;
i.e. changing costs of raw materials, fluctuations of exchange rates, acquisition policies, etc.
In particular following acquisitions and the conversions of new stores, execute line changes with the products team in order to respond to the demands of the market while respecting buying conditions.
Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that suppliers comply with the terms and conditions of the contract;
Monitor existing suppliers’ performance, resolve shortfalls, and maintain a good relationship with them;

Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business administration, or any relevant field;
~3 years of experience in a purchasing role;
~ Experience in cost control and reduction;
~ High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
~ Advanced knowledge of modern procurement and purchasing techniques;
