We are currently seeking a new Product Designer to join our Product Design team. This role is available to candidates across our hubs in Burnaby, Toronto and Calgary and can be performed in a hybrid capacity.
Design plays an integral role at Clio, making up one of the three pillars of our Research and Development organization alongside Product Management and Engineering. They act as champions of user experience as we work to transform the way lawyers and their staff provide services to their clients. Join a diversely skilled design team using modern design tools
Concept, prototype, design and present solutions that solve both business and user problems and deliver measurable outcomes
Participate in design critiques with other designers at every level, offering and accepting feedback to collectively improve our craft
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analysis
Use and leverage metrics to drive product design and measure product success
A portfolio showing UX problem solving and great visual designs
Experience with modern design tools (Figma) and the willingness to adopt new tools as needed
Strong understanding of web technologies
A design degree or relevant experience with platform and/or application design

The expected salary range* for similar roles within Clio is: $97,300 to $146,900 CAD

Hybrid work environment, with expectations for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Dublin) to be in office min. Flexible time off policy, with an encouraged 20 days off per year.
Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio.
