As a Product Manager specializing in digital experience within the parking industry, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our mobile and web-based parking solutions. You will lead initiatives to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that complement and enhance our physical parking services. You will also collaborate with partners to leverage our third-party technology ecosystem to delivery exceptional value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Product Strategy: Develop and execute a digital product strategy that aligns with market trends, customer expectations, and business objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage digital technologies to enhance parking services and customer experiences.
  • User Experience Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing mobile and web interfaces for our parking solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continuously improve the digital experience.
  • Mobile and Web Development: Work closely with development teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the development of mobile apps and web platforms. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
  • Partnerships and Third-Party Integration: Identify strategic partnerships with technology providers, service providers, and other stakeholders to enhance our digital offerings. Leverage third-party technologies and APIs to deliver additional value and functionality to our customers.
  • Integration with Physical Services: Coordinate with teams responsible for physical parking infrastructure and services to ensure seamless integration between digital and physical components. Enhance the overall parking experience through digital innovations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user behavior insights to make informed product decisions, optimize features, and drive user engagement and retention. Monitor key performance metrics related to digital products.
  • Product Launch and Adoption: Lead the product launch process for digital initiatives, including internal marketing and education campaigns, and user onboarding. Monitoring and enhance user adoption and engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular product reviews, gather feedback from stakeholders and customers, and prioritize enhancements and new features based on feedback and business impact. Implement agile methodologies for iterative product development.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 4 years of experience in product management roles with a focus on digital products, preferably in industries where digital enhances physical services (e.g., transportation, hospitality)
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development, web technologies, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing strategies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, product development processes, and project management tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
