To deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients while meeting established goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Main functions and expected outcomes of this role:

  • Ensure orders and credit notes are entered accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare and verify invoices and bills of lading for outgoing shipments.
  • Monitor high-priority orders to guarantee timely and complete delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, logistics, and other departments (such as credit, production, and planning) as needed.
  • Collaborate with buyers, along with the Key Account Manager, to create backorders when required.
  • Investigate short shipment fines as needed for the credit department.
  • Maintain close coordination with the shipping department.
  • Accurately process large volumes of data as necessary.
  • Provide timely support to assigned retail sales representatives.
  • Coordinate with courier companies to ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Follow a customer call cycle for assigned accounts to secure orders.
  • Meet KPI objectives set by the Manager.
  • Support new product launches through clear communication.
  • Track customer performance regarding volume and assortment, providing regular feedback on issues and opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Familiarity with the order process for the customer base.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus.

Essential experience required for effective job performance:

  • At least one year of customer service experience in an office setting;
    prior experience with sales calls is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with data tracking systems is an advantage.
